Edwin Brasch, President & CEO

Edwin (Eddie) Brasch, president and chief executive officer of Spertech, has a long and successful history of entrepreneurial leadership. Prior to joining Spertech, Mr. Brasch was president and CEO at Winternals Software, where he led the transformation of the company from early stage startup to leading provider of enterprise availability and performance solutions. Mr. Brasch shepherded Winternals through continual expansion and profitability, growing the company without the benefit of external funding, through its eventual acquisition by Microsoft. During his tenure at Winternals, Mr. Brasch successfully negotiated the settlement of a copyright infringement lawsuit against Best Buy Co., Inc. Mr. Brasch’s previous ventures included a role as president and partner of PSI Fulfillment Company, and as co-founder of The Calendar Club, which today is a division of Barnes & Noble.
